Sarah McLemore - Missions Director

With a generous heart and a passion for outreach, Sarah serves as Element’s Missions Director, coordinating all of our community service projects and serving as our liaison to the leadership of outside charities. A Nashville native who loves Music City and plans on making it her home forever, Sarah’s gifts and talents make her a perfect fit this role. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University. Sarah currently works for Murrah Music Corporation while completing her Masters in Business Administration, also at MTSU.

In addition to directing Element’s missional outreach, Sarah also serves as the childcare coordinator for our weekly worship service.

Sarah is married to our Administrative Director, David McLemore, and they live in Franklin.

Sarah owns more gaucho pants than any actual gaucho on earth.
