John Northrup - Technical Director

John Northrup is the man behind the curtain. A versatile player and relentless workhorse, John is responsible for nearly all aspects of Element’s technical production, including audio, video, website design and maintenance, podcasting, and facilities management.

A transplant from Zillah, Washington, John has lived in Nashville since 1988, working as an audio engineer and computer stud and serving in vital roles on the tech teams of several churches.

Fun fact: John controls the Internet and will take you off the grid for ten bucks.

John’s favorite verse:
